Hubs gets cramps. He stopped Gatorade due to chemicals. Liquid IV had lots of sodium. Go hydrate had lowest sodium.

These are my go to! Smaller amount of powder so you know there are less fillers. The flavors are awesome and I drink them daily with no stomach issues.

I've been drinking GoHydrate for years and will keep coming back to it. The flavors are great and there's less sodium than most electrolyte drinks. It mixes well without leaving granules at the bottom of the bottle like some other brands. Love it.
