I switched from Liquid IV to Go Hydrate some time ago. I consume a stick or two after each 5-mile "fast walk", which I do five times a week. I found the 2-pack Variety Box to be, not only less expensive, overall, but very convenient as well. And it is shipped quickly. It also has no added sugar, which translates to 35-40 fewer calories per stick. And it contains more electrolytes, which I appreciate. It offers more bang for the buck.

This one is my favorite. I put it on ice so it’s a treat each day!

My doctor recommended I drink a smartwater with extra electrolytes in it every day. So I have tried a lot of flavors. Lemonade is by far my favorite! Not overpowering and not too sweet!

Really like this product. I have tried other brands, but I always come back to this flavor. Mixes well and flavor is wonderful.
