This was my first order of Go Hydrate and I am very impressed with this product! All flavors are delicious and I really like the fact that there is zero sugar added and vitamin D.

I've always been a fan of the IDEA of replenishing my body's electrolytes, but every product I tried was disgustingly salty. GoHydrate's grape is a totally different experience--a light flavor, and no mouth-full-of-salt taste while drinking (or afterward). I'm a fan!

I drink 16oz of Grapefruit flavored when I first wake up to hydrate my brain. I usually drink several mugs of coffee in the morning and now I don't want that much coffee anymore. My doctor has said I was dehydrated and so I am trying to drink more water. This is really helping with my health and fitness goals. I am going to try the cherry limeaid next. The grapefruit and strawberry lemon are great.

Taste just like instant ice tea. Love the flavor and no after taste
